All the pleasures of the Hautes Pyrenees are gathered in this typical paradise of the valley of Aure. On the edge of the Pyrenees National Park and just a stone’s throw from the Spanish border, Saint Lary-Soulan offers you its vast ski area, its authenticity and its conviviality. Saint-Lary Village, located at 800 meters altitude, is connected to the more modern ski resort by a brand new gondola lift, which brings you at the foot of the slopes. Three sites make up this dynamic resort: Saint Lary 1700 (“Pla d’Adet”) dedicated to kids and families and ski novices, Saint Lary 1900 (“Espiaube”) for the intermediate level skier, and Saint Lary 2400, a must for lovers of new slides. On an area of 700 ha from 1,700 to 2,515 m, no fewer than 100 km of pistes are spread over 56 black, red, blue and green slopes, with also a snowpark. The first station of the French Pyrenees is appreciated for its snow guaranteed by the high altitude of the domain and by the presence of 275 snow cannons. Its 30 lifts ensure a return to the ski resort on foot. Saint-Lary is also a wonderful place to enjoy during the summer. Benefiting from a generous amount of sunshine, you will able to discover, on foot or by bike, exceptional spaces at the edge of the Pyrenees National Park and the Nature Reserve of Néouvielle. It will encourage you to walk the valley to visit some remarkable Romanesque and baroque religious buildings and many restored mills including that of Saint-Lary, the Moulin Débat. The village is also an ideal starting point to take the road to the Lakes, to traverse the neighboring valleys of Rioumajou and Moudang or to cross the border and cross the Spanish slope of the Pyrenees.
Located in the old Saint-Lary, a typical Pyrenean village made of stone, wood and slate, the residence is about 400m from the town centre and the cable car. It is composed of sixty apartments spread over 3 floors with elevator. Ready to live in, the interiors are furnished with a functional kitchenette (microwave / grill, dishwasher …), a bathroom and separate toilet. There is also an external heated swimming pool which opens between mid-June until mid-September.
