Ideally located at the gates of the Natural Reserve of the Ardeche Gorges, one of the most beautiful tourist sites in France, Vallon Pont d’Arc is an authentic and friendly village with its shaded streets, colourful markets and little squares where you can sit and enjoy a fresh drink. With the spring, the small village is transformed into a splendid tourist resort. Vallon Pont d’Arc is usually the starting point for the canoe descent of the Ardeche Gorges symbolized by the famous Pont d’Arc, natural arch of more than 60m high. The area is a harmonious mix of scrubland, holm oak forests and is full of other wonders to discover, including prehistoric caves of great beauty.

The residence consists of two residential complexes divided into islands of accommodation around the swimming pool. The establishment is a few minutes walk from the village and its location allows access to the Gorges de l’Ardèche and all the surrounding tourist sites: The Pont d’Arc and Chauvet Cave. Functional and comfortable, all apartments are duplex with living room on the ground floor and rooms (or cabins) upstairs. Only apartments for people with reduced mobility (10 units) are on one level. The accommodations consist of a living room with sleeping facilities, an equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, extractor fan …), a bathroom, toilet and a terrace separated by a small hedge. There is free outdoor parking and the heated pool is open from mid-april.
